Ingredients:
Defatted Almond Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, Soy Flour, Flax Seed Flour, Resistant Starch, Wheat Protein. Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Erythritol, Sucralose

Directions:
Combine 180ml water, 60g cream and 60g vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl. Add the premix to the bowl & mix into a smooth batter with no clumps. Add 1 tbsp of vinegar and mix thoroughly and transfer the batter into a floured cake mould and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 30-40 mins. If making cup-cakes, bake for a shorted 15-20 mins
