  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

  • Heat ghee or Olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook, frequently stirring, until the eggs are cooked through.
