Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation Policy

1.1. Order Cancellation by Customer: Customers have the right to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team

1.2. Cancellation Eligibility: After 24  hours of placing an order, orders cannot be canceled as they are processed for packaging and shipping. However, customers can still request a return or refund as per the terms outlined in the refund policy

2)  Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refund: Customers are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

a) The customer has canceled the order within 24 hours of placing it.
b) The customer has received a damaged or defective product.
c)The wrong product has been delivered.

2.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team. Customers will be asked to provide order details and, if applicable, photographic evidence of damage or defects.

2.3. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be equal to the product’s purchase price, minus any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied during the purchase.

2.4. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 6  business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

2.5. Return Shipping: In the case of damaged or defective products, we will arrange for return shipping at our expense. For other cancellation-related refunds, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

3) Exceptions

Custom Orders: Orders for custom or personalized products may be ineligible for cancellation or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
